I am interested in working with BJ Energy Solutions. What are the requirements, and how do I apply?

We use a pre-qualification process to collect information and efficiently evaluate each potential supplier. We base our evaluation on several factors including, but not limited to, reliability, sourcing practices, technical competency, pricing and operational costs, and support services. Submit your request to Info@BJEnergy.com.

I have questions regarding an invoice. Who should I contact?

Send all invoices to Invoices@BJEnergy.com.  For questions on a specific invoice or account status, email APQueries@BJEnergy.com.

I would like to present my company’s capabilities. Who do I contact?

Send an email request to Info@BJEnergy.com and include business line card, contact information, and how you heard about us.

I am a local supplier. Can my company have an opportunity to supply BJ Energy Solutions?

Of course! Send your company information to Info@BJEnergy.com for further review and consideration.

I already have a connection with someone who works at BJ. Can I work through that person to obtain a contract?

You may utilize a connection with someone who works at BJ to initiate steps to obtain a contract. That said, any contract approvals will be subject to our standardized internal contract review procedures.

How do I receive an order from BJ Energy Solutions?

All orders from BJES will be sent via a Purchase Order directly from a buyer.

I need to update my vendor or delivery information. How do I make these changes?

You should contact your BJ Energy buyer to notify us of any vendor information, purchase order, or delivery changes.
