Warren has served as BJ’s Chief Executive Officer and a Director since January 2017. With more than 34 years of experience, Warren has held various senior leadership and executive roles in operations, technology, and manufacturing related to cementing, hydraulic fracturing, coiled tubing, artificial lift, and completion services.

Prior to BJ, Warren served as Chief Operating Officer at Sanjel Corporation. Prior to Sanjel, Warren held various North American and International assignments with Schlumberger for 21 years, most recently as Vice President – Well Services – North America. Warren’s operational and technical expertise has resulted in multiple innovations including patents related to reservoir stimulation, subsea intervention, and drilling technology. Warren currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Energy Workforce and Technology Council.

Caleb has served as BJ’s Chief Operating Officer since January 2017. Caleb has more than 21 years of industry experience.

Prior to joining BJ, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Allied Energy Services. Previously, Caleb held senior management positions with Sanjel Corporation, including Vice President overseeing the US Business which included fracturing, cementing, and coiled tubing operations. Caleb began his career in the Permian Basin as a fracturing services Field Engineer for Schlumberger. Caleb holds a Bachelor of Science in Bio-Resource Engineering from Colorado State University.

Ernesto has served as BJ’s Chief Financial Officer since August 2021. With more than 28 years of Financial Executive experience, Ernesto has an extensive corporate strategy, financial management, and analysis background culminating into a proven track record in identifying and exploiting opportunities to maximize economic returns.

Prior to BJ, Ernesto served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of CARBO Ceramics Inc. (NYSE: CRR). Prior to joining CARBO, Ernesto served in several senior management roles at W-H Energy Services, Inc. (NYSE: WHQ), ultimately serving as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer prior to the Company’s sale to Smith International Inc. Ernesto is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Rice University.
